3+ years in retail leadership (wireless retail = bonus points)

Solid handle on budgets, inventory, and store operations.

Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A high school diploma or equivalent.

You are at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., and can pass a background check.

Must be able to register and receive identity verification with CLEAR upon hire.

Physical Demands of the Job : A retail store manager's job involves a lot of physical activity, including :

Standing and Walking : Must be able to stand for extended periods while assisting customers, managing the sales floor, and overseeing team members.

Lifting and Moving : Required to lift (up to 25lbs) and move boxes of merchandise, fixtures, or other items.

Bending, Kneeling, and Reaching : Tasks like stocking, assisting customers, or retrieving items from lower shelves require these movements.

Communication : Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with customers and staff.

Flexibility and Adaptability : Retail store managers need to be able to manage high-pressure situations and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Other Skills : Beyond physical requirements, retail store managers also need strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
