Design Build Integration Manager

The Design-Build Integration Manager - Mission Critical : plays a critical role in aligning architectural / engineering design with construction methods, sequencing, and field realities during the preconstruction and early construction phases. Acting as the primary interface between RO's operations teams and the architectural / engineering design partners, this role drives constructability, design coordination, and technical alignment to ensure design build mission critical projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities :

Design Integration & Constructability

• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and internal preconstruction teams to review and influence design documents for constructability, cost efficiency, and schedule optimization.
• Lead constructability reviews and design charrettes at conceptual, schematic, design development, and permit / construction document milestones.
• Identify design gaps, potential coordination issues, and scope ambiguities early; work with design partners to resolve proactively.
• Evaluate building systems, materials, and sequencing for mission critical projects to ensure they meet project performance criteria and RO construction standards
