Overview

Lucayan Technology LLC is hiring a Level 3 Security Control Assessor (SCA) to lead the assessment and authorization of government systems. This senior-level role involves managing A&A processes, guiding teams, and providing expert IA support to stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and track systems through A&A.
• Develop and implement IT-IA-IM security directives.
• Mentor junior SCAs and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Conduct advanced vulnerability assessments and risk analysis.
• Prepare and present technical reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Polygraph (required).
• BS + 5 years, OR HS/Associate’s + 7 years, OR Master’s + 3 years.
• IAM Level II certification (CAP, CASP, CISM, CISSP-Associate, GSLC).
• Strong technical project management and IA background.
