Job Description

We are seeking Mill / Mixer Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a Mill Machine and on TPM activities. As a Mill / Mixer Operator you will be responsible for :

• Cleaning and maintaining machine to TPM Standards
• Learning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activities
• Weigh-Up Batches : Following process order of addition. Shift auto and manual steps
• Mix Batch : Discharging pigment and operating mixer safely; following and adhering to all INX Mixer SOP's
• Hockmeyer mill operation : Running and maintaining optimum OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) standards
• Creating and maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing times
• Canning
• Operating the following : Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift
• Acting as a QC liaison, providing ink samples, making ink adjustments, and recording data
• Completing scheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures
• Helping with repacks
