You'll run local round-trip hauls throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area , handling a mix of live loads, drop and hook, and short-haul runs . Freight is 100% no-touch , and youll be home every day with weekly 34-hour resets.

Schedule & Home Time

Home Daily with 34-hour restarts each week

Night Shift Only (24 / 7 operation)

Weekend and Holiday Work Required

Slip-Seat Program in effect

Must have reliable daily transportation to and from Harrisonville, MO

Pay & Benefits

Pay Range : $1,100 $1,200 weekly average

Mileage Pay : $0.49$0.60 CPM (based on experience)

Stop Pay : $10 for first stop / $15 per additional stop

Short-Haul Pay : $25 for loads under 50 miles

Weekly Miles : 1,6001,700

Bonuses : Eligible for Swift Driver Performance Bonus

Freight Type : 100% no-touch (reefer and dry van freight)

Requirements

Experience : Trainees and experienced drivers welcome (first-seat training available)

Endorsements : None required

Equipment : Reefer trailers and dry vans

Appearance / Safety : Basic dress code (no open-toe shoes, long nails, or heels)

Must be willing to train OTR / regional if local mentor unavailable
