Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day activities for assigned projects and facilitate project meetings
Maintain accurate project documentation and assist with data collection for project metrics
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
1-2+ years of experience in a professional office or administrative environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Foundational understanding of project management concepts
Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, and logistical details
