Advanced Individual & Group Therapy – Deliver evidence‑based individual, couple, and group therapy (CBT, mindfulness, trauma‑informed care) via our secure video platform. Comprehensive Telehealth Assessment & Planning – Conduct thorough telehealth assessments, craft personalized treatment plans, and track outcomes with data‑driven dashboards. Leadership Pipeline – Lead and mentor junior clinicians, interns, and practicum students; with the potential of stepping into formal leadership positions. Quality & Innovation – Contribute to continuous‑quality improvement initiatives and pilot emerging best‑practice tools. AI‑Enhanced Documentation – Use live‑transcription software that creates accurate SOAP notes, extracts tasks, and integrates them directly into our EMR. Secure EMR Management – Document sessions promptly and confidentially; receive full onboarding and continuous EMR training. Paid Clinical Supervision – Attend regular supervision sessions that count toward LCSW licensure and contribute to peer‑review meetings. Team Collaboration – Participate in weekly multidisciplinary huddles, share case insights, and stay current through curated professional‑development resources. An active Indiana LSW license. A Minimum of 1 year post‑graduate clinical experience with individuals, couples, and / or adolescents. You deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based, ethical and compassionate clinical therapy and services, with a proven record of providing exceptional care. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with a team of experienced mental‑health clinicians, offering mutual support, learning from their expertise, and sharing your own knowledge. You demonstrate a patient‑focused mindset, consistently prioritizing what is best for each client. You maintain a positive, collaborative attitude, approach each interaction without ego, and readily accept feedback to continuously learn and grow. Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable conducting video sessions. Reliable high‑speed internet, webcam, private workspace, and a typing speed of ≥ 60 wpm. Experience with immigrant / refugee or religious‑minority populations. Fluency in a second language. Prior telehealth experience. Fully Remote – Work from anywhere you hold a valid Indiana LSW license; no commute. Flexible Scheduling – Set your own hours (minimum 15 hrs. / week) and adjust schedule as life demands. Caseload Development Support – Salam Therapy assists you in attracting and securing clients, allowing you to concentrate on what truly matters : delivering exceptional care. Competitive Pay – $30 / hr. (DOE) with performance‑based raises, up to $62k / yr. Paid Supervision & CEU Stipend – Supports your journey to LCSW licensure and annual CEU stipend for courses and certifications.
