Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute trading strategies to exploit market inefficiencies
Monitor and optimize trading performance with real-time adjustments to algorithms
Control and report risk, PnL, and other trading metrics
Required Qualifications
5+ years of proven success in markets such as Chinese commodity futures or equities
Cross-border trading experience is a plus
Extensive experience in a financial institution with active trading
Experience with fully / semi-systematic trading strategies with short holding periods
Proficiency in Python or C++
