Senior Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (FED IHS).

Key Responsibilities

Analyze user and stakeholder needs to determine functional and non-functional requirements

Create process and data flow diagrams, prototypes, and manage product backlogs

Perform detailed analysis, testing, and documentation for project deliverables

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience with requirements analysis and engineering using SDLC Waterfall and Agile methodologies

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance

Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience

IIBA certification (CBAP) or PMI certification (PMI-PBA) preferred

Working knowledge of Indian Health RPMS and IHS Services is preferred
