Position Overview – Restoration Crew Chief

As a Restoration Crew Chief, you will lead a crew on job sites impacted by water or sewage damage. You’ll guide clients through stressful situations with empathy and professionalism while ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standard. While prior industry experience is preferred, we are willing to train individuals with the right attitude and strong work ethic.

Our average Crew Chief in the Kansas City market earns between $95,000 and $110,000 annually .

This position will also receive cross-training in mold remediation and may be assigned to mold-related projects as needed.
