We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Cicis Pizza in Springfield. The ideal candidate will have daytime and evening availability, be a reliable food handler, and have a passion for the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food standards
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in scheduling and inventory management
