Responsibilities :

Baystate Health, Medical Assistants perform an important role providing care to our patients. They take vital signs, perform patient intake and history, clinical orders, procedures, documentation and patient discharge. Our supportive work environment allows you to provide optimal patient care.

Schedule :

Full-time, 40 hours a week

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday- 7 : 45am-5 : 15pm

Tuesdays 12 : 45pm-5 : 15pm

No weekends, No holidays

Location : 3300 Main St.

Qualifications :

Level Qualifications / Requirements :

MA I & MA II- requires graduate of accredited MA program Or minimum of 3 years current relevant medical assistant experience in a medical practice setting. (evaluated by hiring manager for level hiring for)

MA III requires graduate of accredited MA program with minimum of 3 years' current medical assistant experience in a medical practice setting OR demonstrated competencies of MA III (evaluated by hiring manager) with minimum 5 years' current relevant medical assistant experience in a medical practice setting

MA IV Only through promotional career ladder internally. Minimum of two years as an MA III at a Baystate Health with demonstrated competencies for promotion to MA IV. Graduate of an accredited MA program and registered / certified by a third-party credential body.
