[job_card.job_description]Develop new specs and new bodies Prepare and maintain spec sheets Input and adjust measurements within Excel Manually grade sizing as needed following FIT approval Review FIT / PP samples samples and take photos Provide detailed comments to overseas partners and maintain consistent daily communication to support the FIT and pre-production process Collaborate with the internal creative team on fabric selection, garment construction, and performance considerations Partner with retailer technical design teams as needed 5+ years of children's technical design experience Self-starter Excellent written and oral communication skills Detail-oriented Ability to commute to Edison, NJ
