We are adding a Client Relationship Manager to the team an experienced CPA to manage a book of Redpath client relationships with responsibility for product delivery, client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities :

• Oversee client engagements
• Serve as the main point of contact for selected clients
• Manage client work, timelines and project budgets
• Establish / maintain and deepen current relationships with clients
• Identify opportunities for new engagements with existing clients
• Gain understanding of client’s business and industry
• Proactively manage client expectations
• Provide technical guidance
• Interface with audit and tax departments to deliver value driven solutions
• Identify, understand and solve issues for clients
