A company is looking for an Acumatica Support Specialist to provide technical support for a cloud-based ERP platform.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to end-user queries via phone, email, and live chat, providing prompt and effective support
Investigate and diagnose technical issues within the ERP platform, identifying root causes and offering sustainable solutions
Deliver product walkthroughs and informal training to users, improving adoption and usage efficiency
Required Qualifications
A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent experience)
Previous experience supporting enterprise software, ideally within ERP or SaaS ecosystems
Strong analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
Comfortable managing multiple requests simultaneously
A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
