Create financial models and perform valuation analysis. Monitor investment performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Collaborate with team members and external partners to assess investment opportunities. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. Proven experience in financial analysis, investment research, or a related field. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings and recommendations. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with real estate deal structures, waterfalls and formation documents Detail focused with great organizational skills Confident and knowledgeable when interacting with all team members & outside parties Able to work collaboratively as a team and independently

The Investment Analyst team is responsible for quantifying the financial performance of our real estate investments and managing the financial business plan. The team supports the Asset Management team in day-to-day communication and reporting for our investors. Each member of the team is responsible for recurring responsibilities as well as ad hoc problem solving that will vary by the week.
