Proposal Coordinator
This position is responsible for supporting the RFP team to respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and assist within the proposal development process to ensure on-time delivery of compelling, compliant, and well-written responses. This asset is also responsible for development of finalist presentations and other materials to support the continued sales cycle as well as retain and upsell with Oxford's clients.

Responsibilities
- Assist in first draft creation of assigned RFP, RFQ, and RFIs
- Leverage existing standard content and materials to create proposals and any associated finalist presentations, prepare responsibility matrices, and organize proposal content
- Develop and execute consistent company identity, leveraging document templates, letterhead, and standard company-branded content
- Support the preparation of high-quality and accurate documents in accordance with agreed strategy and client expectations
- Work with relevant stakeholders to develop tailored supporting materials, including whitepapers and PowerPoint presentations consistent with Oxford's branding guidelines
- Lead vendor profile setup and other administrative requirements as needed
- Identify gaps in current materials and assist with the creation of new content to fill those gaps
- Assist in maintenance and updates of Loopio which houses all proposal content and information
- Collaborate with the Director of RFP Team to facilitate process improvements, including proposal content enhancements and other duties as assigned

Experience
