Salary :
Apave America Inc. is currently seeking an IT Support Technician for a full-time onsite role within the Houston, TX area.
Level 1 - Deskside support
Providing support to both in-office staff and remote working staff. This can be anyone from a field technician up to senior management.
Hardware :
- Windows Based Computers (Laptops and Desktops)
- iOS Device Support (iPad and iPhone)
- Standard Printer & Scanning Support
- Computer setup & workstation support (Monitors, Peripherals, etc.)
- IT equipment moves when required
- Domain Account Support (First time login, password changes, and MFA support)
- NDT and Advanced NDT Services Software & Hardware support (Industry Hardware)
Software :
Windows OS Installation & Support.Apple iOS SupportStandard Productivity Application Support (ex : Office, PDF Editing, Photo Editing)NDT and Advanced NDT Services Software & Hardware support (Industry Software)In-house developed business applications.Additional Tasks :
Office organization and cleanliness.Collaborating with shipping and receiving to send and receive IT related equipment.Travel to Apave America Inc. branches to deal with outstanding support items.On-Site Project support at client sites (while working with Apave America Inc.
