[job_card.job_description]Providing direct patient care for pediatric patients (ages 4-17), focusing on ADHD medication management, including Schedule 2 drugs Conducting patient visits with 15-minute slots for established patients and 30-minute slots for new patients Supervising 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) by performing chart reviews and offering clinical guidance Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team using Athena EMR system Ensuring adherence to high-quality clinical standards Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (preferred in pediatrics or family medicine) MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Active Texas Medical License and DEA Registration Proficiency in ADHD medication management, including Schedule 2 drugs Strong supervisory and leadership skills Team-oriented, approachable, and adept with technology Experience in a pediatric clinical setting Board Certification in Pediatrics or Family Medicine Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
