• Location : Pacoima, CA 91331
• School-based role
• Position : Speech Language Pathologist - SLP
• Spanish / English Bilingual requirement
• SLP Pay Range : $50- 65 per hour, depending on experience and language
• Status : Part-Time with ability to grow depending on what clinician wants.
• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES including the following. Other duties may be assigned. Employee performs all, part, and / or combination of the duties listed below.
• Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations on children, adolescents, and / or adults. Analyze, interpret, and document evaluation results in line with funding source guidelines.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address short and long-term client goals.
• Maintain client data and documentation in compliance with funding source requirements, and internal expectations in EMR system.
• Ensure reports are submitted according to internal deadlines and in line with funding source requirements.
• Perform routine documentation of client progress and adjust goals as needed
• Provide guidance and instruction to family members and / or caregivers on strategies to support clients' communication goals and objectives.
• Make appropriate referrals for additional services such as behavior therapy, occupational therapy, educational therapy, etc. to ensure all client needs are met.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal policies, California state board for Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers, and ASHA.
• Supervise -Language Pathology Assistants as assigned.

• Qualifications & Requirements :
• Master's degree / Associates in Speech / Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
• ASHA certification
• California State License is required
• Current TB test or available to test
