Account Manager

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our team in Davie, Florida. In this role, you will manage key client accounts, develop communication strategies, and ensure the seamless execution of campaigns. The ideal candidate is skilled in fostering relationships, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities :

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and communication needs.

Provide exceptional client service while identifying opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.

Assist in creating and implementing effective communication strategies and campaign plans tailored to client goals.

Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic planning and recommendations.

Coordinate the delivery of integrated campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.

Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet high-quality standards.

Monitor campaign performance using key metrics and analytics tools to evaluate effectiveness.

Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.

Partner with senior managers and internal teams to maintain client satisfaction and project success.

Contribute to internal meetings, sharing knowledge and ideas to enhance team performance.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, client services, or communications, ideally in an agency or corporate environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and updates effectively.

Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional organizational capabilities.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike is a plus.

Experience in developing or supporting strategic communication plans.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, or content strategy.
