Marketing Manager

KDP is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Marketing Manager with a proven track record of success to join our team. This person will play a role in driving change and creating innovative solutions as we win in the marketplace. As a Marketing Manager for Away from Home, you will be responsible for leading and developing marketing plans and programing for the Hospitality, Convenience, and Distribution Channels. You'll work with internal stakeholders and industry leaders to develop business strategies and solve complex customer needs, significantly impacting company success within these key channels.

What will you do :

• Build and deliver compelling presentations by working closely with National Account Executives (NAEs) to develop retail specific selling stories across Convenience, Hospitality, and Distribution.
• Support major conferences and events, working closely with Sales to develop marketing materials, customer presentations, and assist with product sampling.
• Track and manage initiatives against a budget and timeline.
• Analyze marketing program results and develop recommendations for improvement.
• Build effective and productive relationships with internal teams such as sales, commercial, brand teams, R&D along with external stakeholders and customers.
