A company is looking for a Key Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities and increase revenue from existing accounts through outreach

Meet or exceed sales goals and Key Performance Indicators while adhering to call quality guidelines

Collaborate with other divisions to develop integrated strategic packages and manage client requests

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required

0-1 year of sales experience strongly preferred

Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.com

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

Ability to work hybrid from the Cleveland, OH office
