Sales Support - Bilingual

We are hiring a Bilingual Sales Support Specialist to join our team and work closely with one of our top-performing sales representatives. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and expanding the top performer's growing portfolio by providing high-level support to her and her clients.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and English, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, and a strong commitment to excellence.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Client Support: Act as a direct point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
• Order Management: Process customer orders accurately, track shipments, and resolve any issues with delivery or logistics.
• Data Analysis: Use Excel and other tools to analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, operations, and transportation, to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
• Administrative Tasks: Prepare sales presentations, quotes, and proposals in both Chinese and English.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support long-term business growth.
• Learning and Development: Gain a deep understanding of the seafood industry and sales process, leveraging knowledge to better serve clients.
• Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges and provide solutions, maintaining a results-driven attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin (preferred but not a requirement) and English.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members.
• Highly Organized: Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in Excel: Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience in using Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Customer-Focused: Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations.
• Results-Driven: A "get it done at all costs" mindset, with a focus on achieving goals and solving problems effectively.
• Sales Background: Experience in sales or a willingness to learn seafood sales and industry-specific knowledge.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
