Account Manager Maintenance Training (Level I Territory)

The Opportunity : We are seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our Maintenance Training Group. In this role, you will be accountable for achieving assigned revenue goals by securing new maintenance training clients and expanding revenue from existing customers in your assigned Level I territory. Territory assignments are based on market potential, historical performance, and customer base complexity, and are designed to maximize success.
What You'll Do :
- Drive growth : Secure new business and expand wallet share with existing customers to meet revenue targets.
- Be the trusted advisor : Assess customer training demand, educate clients on CAE's product suite, and present tailored solutions.
- Own the territory : Develop action plans using territory data (e.g., aircraft density) to identify prospects and opportunities.
- Manage the sales cycle : Prospect, present, negotiate, and close deals using CAE's proven sales process.
- Ensure compliance : Track opportunities in Salesforce, ensure contracts are signed with appropriate terms, and manage revenue throughout the cycle.
- Build relationships : Foster trust and open dialogue with CEOs, training managers, and other decision-makers.
- Collaborate internally : Work closely with Sales, Operations, Booking Specialists, Production Controllers, and Leadership to align delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
- Deliver excellence : Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, problem-solving, and responsiveness.
- Monitor engagement : Recognize customer trends, maximize impact, and minimize risk.
What We're Looking For :
University degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business, or equivalent.25 years of sales experience, ideally in aviation or maintenance training.Strong network in Business Aviation Maintenance / MROs is a significant asset.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.Excellent communication skills across email, phone, and in-person interactions.Persistence and resilience to overcome objections and challenges.Must be able to work in a culturally diverse group as CAE is a global company and inclusion is a fundamental part of our success.Additional Details :
