What You Will Do

Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in a senior living setting, focusing on holistic wellness.

Perform thorough assessments, monitor health status, and administer medications and treatments with precision.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and residents to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Educate residents and families on health maintenance, chronic disease management, and wellness strategies.

Champion safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance to ensure the highest standards of care.

Respond effectively to emergencies, providing compassionate support and critical interventions as needed.

Who We’re Looking For

Valid RN license in Minnesota with current CPR certification.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Compassionate, patient-centered nurse with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Experience in senior living, long-term care, or related medical-surgical nursing preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively and support a positive team environment.
