Here is your opportunity to join FlatironDragados - one of North America's most respected and fastest growing heavy civil construction companies. We are actively recruiting for team members to join us on our Franconia JV project.

What You Will Be Doing

Leads crew of hourly workers on a project site and manages safety, planning, production and performance of directed construction tasks.

• Crew will be tasked with both drainage and grading responsibilities
• Managing a crew made up of operators and laborers.
• Performs onsite coordination of labor activities, materials and equipment. Requests materials needed for scope of work.
• Supports safety procedures and regulations for assigned personnel and sub-contractors.
• Understands daily production schedule and adjusts work to meet schedule and cost parameters.
• Maintains knowledge of Company's values and strategic plan.
• Performs additional assignments per management's direction.
• Expectations are that foreman and crew will be working 10 hour shifts or more. Possibility of switching between day and night shift.

What We Are Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with project construction tools and equipment safety.

Personal Vehicle Allowance Tier II: $950 USD/month
