What you'll be doing...

The Senior Manager's top priority is to ensure efficient and accurate audit practices across multiple offices while also establishing and encouraging a collaborative team environment. Oversee and ensure the effective operations and performance of our audit teams to

• Lead a team of managers and supervisors that support 50+ associates
• Instill a culture of outstanding customer service and accountability
• Manage escalated and difficult / sensitive audit cases
• Demonstrate highly effective communication, initiative and problem solving
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders cross functionally
• Proactively analyze and prepare statistically backed plans to ensure staffing levels and workflow
