If you answered yes, then Yellowstone Landscape could be the place for you! We are seeking an experienced and professional Accounting Technician for our Accounts Receivable Department. The Accounting Technician will be responsible for billing and collections within our Landscape Install division in the Carolinas. The Accounting Technician will also be responsible various general accounting duties using Excel spreadsheets. You’ll be joining a lively, fast-paced office and a friendly, hands-on Accounting Team that’s always ready to help. We offer training and ongoing support to set you up for success! This position can be located in the Charlotte, Raleigh, or Charleston area.
What We're Looking For:
Associates Degree in Accounting and 3-5 years of previous experience in a high-volume environment
Additional experience may be considered in lieu of Associates Degree
Experience with Quickbooks
Prior landscape or general construction billing experience preferred
Must have a positive, can-do attitude and the willingness to learn
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and be highly functional in a team environment
Experience with Supply Pro is preferred
Intermediate level Excel skills and Microsoft Office experience; additional software experience is a plus
Knowledge of A1A Forms is preferred
