DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshooting complex issues

Network configuration

Server administration

Server migration

Application troubleshooting / installation

Infrastructure performance testing

Cloud platform administration

Testing new products

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

At least 3 years recent related systems admin experience and have a rock-solid foundation both system and network infrastructure.

Active Directory, Group Policy, HyperV, VMware, PowerShell, Sharepoint, DNS, Office 365, Azure, Networking, and Windows Operating Systems, MS Server 2016 or newer.

Microsoft Office Suite, including Windows 10.

Knowledge of Avaya and Voice Over IP telephone technology.

Strong communication skills; including documentation, end user communication, and professional communication with clients.

Excellent troubleshooting skills including ability to analyze, anticipate and resolve complex technical issues.

Strong personal skills, including effective time management, self-driven, and prioritization.

Previous MSP experience highly desired.
