Azure Cloud Engineer

Akkodis is seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer for a 6 Months contract in Detroit, MI - Onsite

Rate Range : $64.00 / HR. - $68.00 / HR .; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Azure .NET Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building, integrating, and maintaining cloud-native applications using Azure services and the .NET technology stack. This role involves designing scalable solutions, working closely with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality, secure, and performant applications in Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Implement and manage Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Storage (Blob).
• Work with Azure Cosmos DB and SQL Server for data storage and integration.
• Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET, .NET Core, and MVC.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and reliability in Azure.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and cloud-related issues.
• Follow best practices for coding standards, CI / CD, and cloud governance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
