Description

The bilingual English / Spanish speaking Parts Sales Representative is responsible for fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships to accurately assess and fulfill replacement part needs. This role involves proactively engaging with both new and existing customers, developing tailored solutions to enhance market share, and consistently delivering high-quality parts at competitive prices. The representative is also focused on driving customer satisfaction through responsive service and long-term relationship management.

• Travel to companies and businesses to sell parts for industrial equipment for mechanical uses
• Inspect existing equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements
• Provide competitive information such as bid situations, pricing data, or bundling arrangements to establish negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products
• Perform product demonstrations and application support
• Improve product knowledge and sales techniques
• Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or talk with customers by phone
• Estimate the date of delivery to the customer, based on knowledge of the manufacturing department's production and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with the Service Department installation and test operation of parts or repairs needed
• Recommends solutions to product-related problems
• Manage and develop new customers, while maintaining existing sales within assigned customers and a given sales territory
• Develop a daily / weekly call list and maintain information accuracy monthly
• Review daily sales reports and complete administrative tasks accurately and on time
• Review monthly the best monitoring sales report with management to determine if goals and objectives are being met
• Follows policies and procedures; supports company's goals and values
