Product Marketing Leader For Windows Commercial
We are seeking a strategic, visionary leader to drive product marketing for Windows Commercial. In this role, you will shape how Windows delivers value to small businesses, enterprises, and the public sector organizations worldwide. You will partner closely with engineering teams to influence product roadmaps, define positioning, value prop and messaging, and craft go-to-market strategies that resonate with Information Technology decision makers, business leaders, and end users. You will work to enable and scale through partners. Your work will ensure Windows meets the customers needs today with a strong focus on security and management while helping drive the adoption of artificial intelligence (A.I.) in the workplace.
As a senior leader, you will operate at scale, influencing cross-company priorities, building trust across partner teams, and driving measurable business impact through marketing excellence.

Qualifications
Required / minimum qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 9+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience OR equivalent experience. 7+ years people management experience. 5+ years working with information technology (IT) solutions including end-user computing, security, cloud services, endpoint management, and artificial intelligence (A.I.), driving impactful outcomes with commercial customers and end users.
Additional or preferred qualifications : Master's Degree in Business Administration, or related field AND 8+ years sales, marketing, technology-based, or business development experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 10+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience OR equivalent experience. Experience shaping product roadmaps, lead go-to-market strategies, and drives sales and adoption initiatives that deliver value to commercial customers.
Product Marketing M6- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $155,800 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $202,400 - $303,600 per year.
