Unit : 6-bed Level II NICU (CPN + Meditech) with 2 NICU RNs + 1 NNP on site 24 / 7; neonatologist on call 24 / 7

Ratios : Feeder-growers 3 : 1; vented babies 1 : 1

Must-have : Level II NICU experience plus delivery room admissions / initial stabilization experience

Preferred : Level III / IV NICU experience; Eat Sleep Console experience (NAS)

Common skills / procedures : Assist with umbilical lines, intubation assist, LP assist, circumcision assist (no surgical cases)
