Senior Analyst

Role Description

Exponent Wealth is a boutique multi-family office focused on serving high net worth individuals and families. We lean into sophisticated investments and comprehensive advice to drive value for our clients.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Analyst based in Utah County. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for both investment functions and advisory responsibilities, including trading, reporting, and investment due diligence and sourcing. The role involves collaborating with the internal investment team and external partners to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate exhibits aptitude and passion for markets and complex financial planning (e.g. tax, trust & estate).

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Excel (Addepar and / or Bloomberg experience is a strong bonus)
• Proven abilities in financial modeling, report preparation, and developing strategic insights
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field (working toward CFA/CFP is a plus)
• Professional experience in financial services / wealth management or a related industry preferred
