Oklahoma Licensed Clinical Director

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Operations RN Hospice - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance with hospice regulations and quality of care

Direct day-to-day activities, including staff training, patient care supervision, and regulatory compliance

Manage staffing, recruitment, and retention efforts while promoting hospice education in the community

Required Qualifications

Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice

Current CPR certification

Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, with access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation

3+ years of experience in a hospice, home health, or healthcare service delivery setting (preferred)

2+ years of healthcare leadership experience (preferred)
