[job_card.job_description]Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week Flexible scheduling with occasional evenings and weekends Perform routine maintenance tasks including repairing / replacing light fixtures, furniture, and appliances Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards Assist with landscaping and grounds-keeping as needed Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests Keep track of supplies and equipment, and reorder when necessary Work independently while ensuring the inn and spa meet high standards of cleanliness and safety Previous experience in general maintenance and repair Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage priorities Good communication and customer service skills
