We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Entry Level Roadway Engineer to join our growing team in Dayton or Cleveland Ohio . This is a full-time opportunity designed for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is excited to launch their engineering career in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Pay : $65,000 - $85,000 / year based upon experience, certifications, and regional market standards.

ENTRY LEVEL ROADWAY ENGINEER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Perform roadway engineering design tasks for transportation projects from preliminary to final design.
• Provide engineering design services for traditional design-bid-build projects and design-build transportation projects.
• Utilize CAD software to prepare detailed engineering drawings and plans for roadway projects.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including specifications and cost estimates, to facilitate the implementation of roadway projects.
• Work with senior engineers and other team members to ensure effective communication, coordination, and progress of roadway projects.
• Stay updated on relevant transportation engineering codes, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable guidelines.
