Position : Sales Business Development Representative (BDC Agent)

Gallatin Ford / CDJR is immediately hiring Business Development Representatives to join our growing team! If you're driven, professional, and customer-focused, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in the automotive industry.

What You'll Do

  • Handle all incoming customer communications (phone, email, text)
  • Build relationships with prospective customers
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team
  • Follow up with leads to generate showroom traffic

Compensation & Schedule

  • Hourly pay + performance-based bonuses
  • Our BDRs average $20+ per hour
