The Opportunity: Fueling the Cycle of Success

As our AR Specialist, you are the engine that keeps the business moving forward. You won't just be "collecting payments"you will be managing the vital financial pulse of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Integrity: Verify and post transactions to journals and ledgers with high-level accuracy.
• Invoicing Excellence: Create and submit precise invoices and monthly billing statements to our valued customers.
• Proactive Collections: Identify delinquent accounts and use your top-tier customer service skills to secure payments and record transactions.
• Cash Management: Prepare and submit bank deposits to ensure seamless cash flow.
• Data Mastery: Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets, ensuring the team always has the latest insights.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Experience: At least 6 months of relevant experience in a financial or office setting.
• Core Knowledge: A solid understanding of AR procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Customer Service Rockstar: You have the "people skills" to handle collections with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Tech Savvy: A basic understanding of common accounting software and a desire to learn more.
• Winning Attitude: You thrive in a team environment and love to hit targets!
