[job_card.job_description]10+ years of experience in restaurant operations management; drive-thru experience required 5+ years of experience managing 20+units / stores with full P&L responsibility Proven ability to create policies that generate profits in multiple locations Advanced ability to communicate, negotiation skills, influence, and coach several levels of staff Ability to implement and execute strong training programs and processes given strategic direction Understanding of budgetary concepts and procedures Meeting revenue targets for the company The 4 wall-EBITDA of the restaurants Develop effective ways to fill in any gaps between actual performance and company projections Drive their team to meet the brand standards for the market Outlining a comprehensive recruiting and training program for store managers to follow Immediately address any lapses in compliance with corporate policies or local, state, and federal laws Act as a coach to the District Managers and as a resource to each store employee to help inspire the success of each store
