Join our team as a Housekeeping Team Lead to support our gated retirement community. All of our clients live within our community so there is no travel involved!

Compensation : commensurate with experience range $18.00 - $20.00 an hour

How you will make an impact

  • Providing leadership direction and support to the Housekeepers under the guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Manager
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of assigned areas.
  • Completing assigned work orders and following a detailed schedule
  • May be asked to assist with set-ups requiring movement of furniture.
  • Scheduling and supervising daily work assignments
  • Training mentoring and coaching new employees.

    • What you will need

  • Minimum of 1 years experience in Housekeeping.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role (preferred)
  • Must have excellent customer service communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations
  • Ability to lead a team
