Switchboard Hiring is partnering with a growing B2B SaaS company based in Dallas to hire an Implementation Project Manager who loves being close to both the product and the customer.
This role sits at the moment that matters most : right after the sale! If you’ve ever been the person who could translate technical complexity into calm, confident next steps for a client, this role will feel very familiar.
The role
You’ll own the end-to-end implementation experience for new customers. That means partnering closely with clients, guiding them through onboarding, and making sure the software is configured, adopted, and delivering value quickly.
This is a client-facing role first and foremost . You’ll spend your time leading external stakeholders, troubleshooting real-world use cases, and acting as the connective tissue between customers, product, and internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead new customer implementations from kickoff through go-live
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout onboarding
- Translate technical requirements into clear implementation plans
- Coordinate timelines, milestones, and dependencies across teams
- Identify risks early and proactively keep projects on track
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Sales) to resolve issues
- Ensure customers feel confident, supported, and set up for long-term success

Location : Dallas, TX - (hybrid, 3 days in office per week)
Compensation : $85K - $100K, plus bonus
