We are seeking a Full - Time Overnight ( After Hours) RN

Pay : Stipend & Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) - (pay breakdown : $125 for every after-hours shift you work + $70 per visit you cover. You'll also receive an hourly rate between $40-$42 for non-visits such as orientation, meetings, in-services, education, etc.)

Location : Twin Cities Greater Metro. This position requires that you drive covering the entire metro area, northwest : St. Michaels, southwest : Chaska, southeast : Hastings, northeast : Forest Lake and in-between. Plus mileage reimbursement of .70 cents per mile

Shift Schedule : 11pm-8am, 7 shifts per pay period, which will include every other weekend and are required to work 2 holidays per year

Week 1 : Sunday OFF / Monday 11p-8a / Tuesday 11p-8a / Wednesday OFF / Thursday OFF / Friday 11p-8a / Saturday 11p-8a

Week 2 : Sunday 11p-8a / Monday OFF / Tuesday OFF / Wednesday 11p-8a / Thursday 11p-8a / Friday OFF / Saturday OFF

The After Hours RN is primarily responsible to plan, organize and direct home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education / experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Position Functions and Responsibilities :

Manage safety concerns for clients and clinicians, escalating when appropriate
