📋 What You’ll Do


• Supervise, inspire, and empower your RBT team weekly
• Write BIPs that actually work in real life — not just on paper
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland-3, etc.)
• Deliver parent training that strengthens families
• Monitor progress, update treatment plans, and celebrate the small wins
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that values your input


🧩 Who You Are


• BCBA or BCBA-D (active certification required)
• Available part-time (10–27 hrs/week) or full-time (28+ hrs/week)
• Collaborative, organized, and growth-oriented
• Passionate about early intervention
• Have reliable transportation, CA driver’s license, and TB/background clearance
• Bilingual a plus!
