Growth Analyst

A company is looking for a Growth Analyst to support the Member Growth team in data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Aggregate data from various sources to generate insights and support decision-making

Conduct analyses for Growth leadership and maintain existing dashboards and reports

Drive forecasting and manage experimentation setup and results tracking

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree in analytics or a data-related field

3+ years of experience in a fast-moving, high-growth startup or similar environment

Proficiency with technical tools / languages such as Looker, Big Query, SQL, and Python

Strong intrinsic motivation and curiosity about business context

Ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks and problems
