Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Quality and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee compliance programs, including policies, audits, and training

Ensure adherence to CARF accreditation standards and state regulations

Conduct data analysis and implement quality improvement methodologies

Required Qualifications

Active behavioral health professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) for at least four years

Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or clinical operations in a behavioral health or healthcare setting

Experience with CARF accreditation is required

Strong understanding of HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, Medicaid, and multi-state behavioral health regulations

Proficient in regulatory research and data analysis
