• Assist individuals in setting and achieving their personal recovery goals
• Facilitate peer support groups and one-on-one peer support sessions
• Advocate for the needs and rights of individuals with mental health challenges

Qualifications:

• Personal lived experience with mental health challenges
• Completion of Peer Support Specialist training program
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
