Job Title : Senior Production Test Engineering Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled production test engineering leader to manage a functional team of engineers supporting production testing in our Andover factory. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs, coordinating resources, managing team staffing levels, and interfacing with strategic make center personnel and leaders.

• Prioritization : You will prioritize tasks to meet customer demands, ensuring timely delivery of products that meet our quality standards.
• Resource Coordination : Coordinate resources effectively to ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Team Management : Manage team staffing levels, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure employee growth and success.
• Leadership : Interface with strategic make center personnel and leaders to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.

This role requires direct support of manufacturing test activities, spending a significant amount of time on the factory floor in a dynamic environment. In addition to these responsibilities, you will develop sustaining solutions to technical problems, troubleshoot manufacturing systems, lead root cause analysis and corrective action, and participate or lead functional or factory improvement projects.
