Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An established elementary school in Arlington, TX, is seeking two full-time special education teachers for the upcoming school year. This contract position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive educational environment dedicated to meeting the needs of students through individualized instruction and collaborative teamwork.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students with diverse learning needs in an elementary school setting.
• Collaborate closely with classroom paraprofessionals to implement effective educational strategies.
• Manage a caseload typical of an elementary school special education classroom.
• Ensure compliance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and adapt teaching methods to support student growth.
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers, staff, and families to foster inclusive learning experiences.
